The President of Kyungsung University Soo Geun Song and a group of visitors visited Turkey and Czech from January 14, 2015 to January 24, 2015 to make a contract with four different universities regarding academic exchange, student exchange, professor exchange and other various agreements. President Song states, “I am putting forth my efforts to dispatch many students to various nations to foster them into globalized, talented individuals.” Through this visitation, the number of the universities in the eastern parts of Europe and the universities to exchange has increased by four.
Upon the renewal of the agreement with Bahcesehir University located in Istanbul, Turkey, five students will be dispatched each semester, and agreed for research exchange in the field of design animation in addition to education regarding student exchange.
Furthermore, an agreement was concluded for student exchange, professor exchange as well as collaborative research with Istanbul University, which is one of the best national universities in Turkey that was established in 1453. We agreed to begin the exchange by sending two students from Fall semester of 2015.
Additionally, a contract for academic exchange was agreed with Yasar University located in Izmir, Turkey. We are scheduled to start the exchange by sending two students from Fall semester of 2015.
Lastly, a contract for mutual exchange was agreed with CULS, Czech University of Life Science Prague, located in Praha, Czech. CULS was established in 1906, and known for its best life science field in Europe. We are expected to begin the extensive exchange by sending four students from Fall semester of 2015.
